Virtual/E-Design Services

We know we can't physically see every space to offer our services, so our virtual design/E-Design service is the best option for those of you who love our style, and need our guidance through the design process from afar.

Fees start at $500 for entryways and powder rooms; $750 for larger rooms including bedrooms, kitchens, patios and $1000 for combination spaces such as combined living/dining rooms, family/breakfast nook. Package includes: An inspiration board, floor plan, complete shopping guide/source list for items selected and budget overview and includes one revision to the plan.

Design Consultation

Have some design ideas and need to get with a design team that knows how to bring those ideas to life? Then schedule a two-hour consultation with us and we’ll discuss it all, share some tips and leave you with a solid blueprint on how best to implement those plans. Our Consultations begin at $250.  Kitchen and bathroom consultations require detailed drawings and begin at $350 respectively or $500 for both

Full Service Design

We are known for our large scale renovation and turn-key design projects, and with good reason. With this service we handle it all - from design, to planning, to sourcing, to installation. We meet, assess, whip up a design plan and proposal. We tweak as needed, you approve, we take the wheels and get it done. This service includes project management of all our licensed trades, project and budget updates. It’ll require immense trust, but here’s the thing: clients who trust us wholeheartedly to execute their vision, are never disappointed. We guarantee it. A design retainer is required with this service. Retainer minimum begins at $2500 and is applied to the overall design fees once a scope of work has been determined and approved for your project.

New Construction Design Service

Building a new home and utterly confused by the mountain of decisions that need to be made to see it through to completion? Aren’t baseboards and crown molding the same thing? Thought white was the only grout color? Not sure how high your kitchen cabinets should be if you have 10 foot ceilings? If your head hurts at the thought of trying to figure it all out, then our new construction service is just for you. We take the reigns and help guide you through the maze of decisions that need to be made to bring your home to life. We transform your blueprints to renderings and design boards to help you truly visualize your home you’ll soon call your own. This service is billed by the hour at $75 an hour, with a 40 hour minimum.

One Day/Week Service

Have all your big ticket items on hand, thought you had it all figured it out, then realized you didn’t know the difference between a throw pillow and a throw in order to pull it all together? No worries. We’ve got you. Book our services for a day and we’ll not only to analyze what’s needed to turn your home into a design masterpiece, we’ll pull it together for you. This service is billed by the hour at $75 an hour with a 10 hour minimum.

Home Staging

Selling your home but not getting any buyers? We can help stage your home to showcase it’s best design features to help attract the buyer you need. This service starts with a design consultation, detailed above.

Event Styling

Our design team loves a good party, and would love to help turn your event decor into a show-stopping masterpiece. From site sourcing, to planning every inch of the tablescape decor, we’ll transform your event location into a coveted space that guests will talk about long after your event ends.
