My ultimate spa day would start with a soothing facial.
Followed by a 80 minute foot massage.
Capped off my a 2 hour massage.

What's your favorite way to de-stress? Are spa days a must have for you or do you just need an hour or two and you're good to go?
xoxo
Debbie B.
I love massages. I'm usually good with a two hour back massage!
ReplyDeleteall of this sounds so nice and so necessary!! <3
ReplyDeletei love Spa's!!! i go to a day spa in new orleans called earthsavers. it's very soothing and relaxing. i usually go just for 1-2 things eyebrow wax, nails, facial, massage. however, i subscribe to SPA Magazine and i would love to go to one (like you have pictured above) for like a week! hahaha It's a great magazine that tells you all about the different spas throughout the world. They have some really nice ones in Florida and Arizona.

Girl, I am with you except for that foot thing. I don't like people touching my feet. It is hard for me to sit through a pedicure.
ReplyDeleteYes Deb, I got the hint loud and clear! A spa day sounds divine but I can only do a few hours at a spa. I'm too impatient to sit still for an entire day! Madness I know, but after a facial, pedi and massage, I'm pretty good to go!
ReplyDeleteLOL..Niks, that's because you can sit still for more than a sec. Those services will be all I need too but just the extended versions...hehehe
ReplyDeleteDon't worry I won't crazy like Mariah Carey and get an eight hour massage. As you would say...Madness...lol
I go to the spa annually for my bday. Soon I will make it a monthly thing *fingers crossed* . my last spa visit was in Atlanta at the CNN's Omni hotel. AMAZING. When I tell you I didn't want to leave........the spa I usually go to recently had a mass shooting here. :-( With a small fire, smoke and water sprinkler damage as well as blood, I'm sure they will have to remain closed and remodel. Whenever they get back up on their feet again, if they do, I will continue to support because I loved their service over the years.
