New Floor & Decor Kendall Location Offers Stunning Options to Miami Residents

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Floor & Decor. All opinions are 100% mine.

As a self professed renovation queen, I spend hours looking for tiles to help transform our clients homes. Floor & Decor has been one of our go-to sources for over a decade for many reasons: an impressive collection of modern and trendy tiles that fit our design aesthetic, great prices and loads of in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories, which is critical especially for large projects.

So we were excited to hear of a new location opening in Kendall since we serve clients in this area of Miami as well. There were loads of impressive details at this location. For starters, the store is huge and very well lit which is key to be sure you are choosing tiles, hardwood and vinyl flooring that are as true to the color as possible.

The store boasts an impressive display of timeless and trendy tile options.

Another bonus: Store employees speak four languages - Spanish, Portuguese, English and Italian - a must in multi lingual South Florida.

For homeowners not already working with a design professional, Floor & Decor offers a free design center service - contact a designer today! In-house designers offer renderings of wall and flooring selections in the space they’re working on to show exactly how the products will look in their own home, as well as in-house visuals to get inspired throughout the renovation process.

Appointments are encouraged and can be made online or by calling in says store Chief Executive Manager, Rick Orasi. Appointments typically last for 30 minutes to an hour.

“We understand that coming to our stores can be overwhelming so this is a great service we offer to better serve our customers. Our goal is that they leave here with a great experience.”

I was also intrigued to learn that stores often stock products specific to their regions. For example, the Kendall location has a large selection of blue and teal tiles to specifically appeal to its customers who live on the water including Key West.

Brass is king and is a beauty next to this scallop and teal tile combination.

New from the store this year: vanities to complete your bathroom project. There are four styles to choose from and the hope is to stock more in the future Orasi says. Adding vanities has made the renovation process so much easier for homeowners who no longer have to head to another retailer to find one that can work in their space.

Dog lovers will rejoice to see this dog washing station in a laundry room in the design center.

Contractors have long appreciated the stores massive selection of setting materials and will see even more options in this new location including ready to install and waterproof shower benches and niche inserts for showers.

An abundance of kitchen backsplash options to choose from.

With its tremendous appeal to both contractors/designers and homeowners, the new Kendall location is sure to become a go-to location for those in Miami, and nearby cities who want to see as wide a selection as possible. And guess what? They won’t be disappointed.
